HOW TO ORDER
1. Please read our SHIPPING INFORMATION as well as TERMS & CONDITIONS (stated below) before ordering.
2. Email your orders to littleblings@hotmail.com stating
~ Your name
~ Mailing address
~ Contact number
~ Name/Code of Item
~ Price in total
~ Mode of collection: Normal mail/ Registered mail / Self-collection (for urgent orders)
3. We will reply with a confirmation email within 24 hours after receiving your orders.
4. After receiving our confirmation email, please make payment via bank transfer(ATM) within 48 hours. Do keep a copy of the receipt in case any verification is needed.
5. Send us an email after you have made the payment. We will then process your orders.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
1. For local(Singapore) buyers, your items will be mailed to you via registered postage at no extra cost within 3 working days of verified payment.
2. We will send the tracking number to you via email. Simply go to Singpost & key in your number in order to track your parcel.
3. You may also opt for normal postage but we will not be held responsible for lost mail. Hence registered postage is recommended for your items to be safely delivered to your doorstep.
4. We do not practise meet-ups. However for urgent orders, self-collection is possible. Date, time & location of collection will be decided by us.
5. For overseas buyers, the cost of international registered postage will be charged accordingly. We accept PayPal for overseas orders.
6. All items (except bags) will be bubblewrapped for delivery.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. No changing or cancellation of orders are allowed after payment is made.
2. All items sold are non-exchangeable nor refundable. We will ensure all items are in good conditions before delivery.
3. We will not be held responsible for any lost or delayed mail.
